Governance Structure

We seek to lead the organisation in an ethical and efficient manner, valuing transparency and respecting best practises for corporate governance. We rely on support from the Administrative Council and the Investment Committee to reach our objectives on behalf of clients, shareholders and society as a whole, while working towards sustainability.

Management Structure

Brasol’s management structure was carefully considered to guarantee greater efficiency and productivity, easing the flow of communication and promoting an integrated work environment. Each employee has an important role within the company, and we make it a point that this is aligned with the Business Plan and Company Policies.
